RatiFi
Claim filing and tracking system for Community Forest Resource rights under the Forest Rights Act — prefilled claims, stage-by-stage tracking, and offline use.
LaunchCommunity Forest Resource claims under India's Forest Rights Act (2006) pass through gram sabhas and several government committees — a paper-heavy process with little visibility into where a claim stands. RatiFi digitises it end to end: prefilled claim information and templates reduce filing errors, a stage-based tracking engine shows every claim's status in real time, bi-directional notifications connect communities and officials during filing and field verification, and a central repository keeps every document in one place. It works offline for remote forest communities with intermittent connectivity. RatiFi is implemented as JharFRA for the state of Jharkhand and was field-trialled with Andhra Pradesh's State FRA Cell; a stress-testing framework derived from its 148-page user manual surfaced reliability gaps before deployment.
